Preparations behind Ah Gong's 80th Birthday

Found some pictures of some of the work and effort that was done behind the scene. If you look carefully at the photos you will see that I wasn't in them... simply because I was one of the lucky one who got to enjoy the moment. Thanks for all the family members and other friends and people who committed with their time and efforts for making this event a wonderful success.

Highlights of Ah Gong's 80th Birthday

I haven't got any pictures of the massive amount of planning that went on behind the scene! Lucky for our family we had Ling Ying (a super duper event organiser!) Ling Ying organised the whole event with the support of the family member. All I remember was getting a running order and a list of task that I was responsible for with the time and location that I needed to be there. I wish this happened in my life everyday! Thanks everybody for your contribution and support this special event, especially Ling Ying!

Okay, here are some pictures (that I managed to take before the battery died on me - apologies for the shaky hands, it was a new AUTOMATIC camera and I haven't got used to it yet)... Hopefully the pictures tells a wonderful story.

Ah Gong's 80th Birthday
